Great to meet you!

We all need and place to share our thought and feelings. I hope to create safe place to discuss, explore and expand our feelings and thoughts, along with somebody who open to share the journey to help us change through action when we’re ready.

My approach to therapy

My style and approach are about connection, humor, being graceful, and mindfulness. These are just some of the ways to heal and be more fulfilled in various relationships in our lives. When combined with other proven interventions and psychoeducation, therapy can help reduce the impact of pain, sadness, anxiety, hurt, or fear we experience.

Through support, understanding, and compassion, we get to focus on being present as we move toward our goals and spend less time worrying about the goal itself. Whatever challenges we face, we learn better how to gain and maintain coping skills that improve relationships when we are not alone and also feel supported. It takes some courage to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be of exploration of the past and how ti affects the present. I would many questions about how the issues impair your live.
