Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a licensed psychologist in my country of origin, with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem issues, and emotional difficulties. In 2004, I moved to the United States and completed a Master's degree in psychology. I have worked as a bilingual clinician with a multicultural population of individuals from diverse backgrounds across a variety of agencies and programs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic, grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which explores how life experiences, relationships, and motivations influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this insight-oriented process, patients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, identify recurring patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others. My objective is to help patients strengthen self-awareness, improve emotional well-being, foster healthier relationships, and build a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a supportive, active-listening, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where patients feel safe exploring their experiences. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
