Great to meet you!

My experience is 30 years in the field of mental health counseling and school counseling. I really enjoy and love what I do, I graduated from Fort Valley State University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health in 1997. In 2005, I went back to Graduate school and received a doctorate degree in Education for Counseling and Psychology. My specialty varies, I am an integrative therapist, using several modalities to support my clients over all mental health. One modality that I recently began using is EMDR, I find that it is very helpful for Trauma Clients.

My approach to therapy

My specialty is Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Mindfulness. My style is attentive and relaxed.

What you can expect from me

When clients leave a session with me, they report feeling relieved and ready for more counseling sessions.
