Great to meet you!
I am a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities navigating complex life challenges.
My clinical work is rooted in trauma-informed care, recognizing the pervasive impact of trauma and the resilience each person carries.
My journey to becoming a mental health clinician is deeply rooted in personal experiences and a commitment to community well-being. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that mental health challenges can have on individuals and families. These early experiences sparked a deep empathy within me and a desire to understand the complexities of the human mind. Over time, I became a trusted support system for those around me, naturally stepping into the role of listener, advocate, and guide. These moments affirmed my calling and inspired me to pursue formal training in mental health. I’ve come to see mental health work not just as a career, but as a vocation—one grounded in compassion, resilience, and the belief that healing is possible for everyone.
I believe in empowerment through therapy, supporting clients in reclaiming their voice and agency in their lives.
