Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with experience supporting teens and adults. I help people navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, suicidal thoughts, spiritual struggles, race-based stress, and justice involvement. Life can feel overwhelming—you may feel stuck, drained, or like nothing you do helps. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I provide counseling and therapy to individuals of all backgrounds and identities.

My approach to therapy

Together, we identify stressors, build trust, and set realistic goals that promote healing, personal growth, and recovery. I provide individual counseling and substance use services, as well as family skills and support focused on improving communication, connection, and understanding. My work is rooted in my faith, and I use evidence-based approaches to help clients explore their experiences and build practical tools for coping, emotional regulation, and resilience. Therapy is tailored to your strengths, needs, and values, and for those who wish, we can integrate faith or spiritual practices—like prayer, meditation, or scripture—as part of the process.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, you’ll have space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. We’ll discuss your goals, relevant history, and what support might be most helpful moving forward. This session is collaborative and paced to your comfort level. Future sessions will focus on building skills and strategies aligned with your goals.
