Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I have been in the counseling profession for over 15 years and recently shifted my focus to the clinical setting, with a focus on female clients ages 16-60 who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, or additional concerns that women and/or couples face. I understand that navigating relationship challenges takes courage, and no couple has to figure it out alone. I love helping partners untangle communication patterns, rebuild trust, and learn practical tools to build resilient, fulfilling partnerships where both people feel heard, valued, and respected.

My approach to therapy

Life can present a myriad of obstacles; however, it is my passion to help individuals navigate the challenges. I bring a compassionate and client-centered approach. I understand that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I am here to accompany you on your path to self-discovery and positive change. I believe in the power of collaboration between therapist and client. Together, we will explore your unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I am committed to my clients, and it is my hope that we can communicate openly and have mutual respect in our therapeutic relationship. I will be here to listen to you, challenge you, and support you.

What you can expect from me

Our initial session will be an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and therapeutic goals. This is a collaborative process we will experience together. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, creating an environment where you can feel heard, understood, and valued. As we embark on this therapeutic journey together, I am committed to supporting you in cultivating resilience, fostering self-awareness, and building the skills needed for a more fulfilling life.
