Great to meet you!

Many people live with anxiety, depression, panic, or overwhelming stress while trying to keep life moving forward. If sleep feels impossible, your thoughts feel heavy, or you feel stuck in patterns that are hard to break, getting help can feel like a big step. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and create a clear path toward feeling more stable, focused, and in control.

My approach to therapy

As a compassionate and empathetic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide specialized, evidence-based mental health care that blends psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and thorough diagnostic assessment. I focus on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, sleep concerns, stress, and panic disorders. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan built around your needs, using a holistic, patient-centered approach that values both medical insight and a strong therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a comprehensive intake appointment lasting about 60–90 minutes. During this time, we take a full look at your mental health history, current challenges, and goals so we can build a treatment plan that truly fits you. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you regain balance, confidence, and the ability to move forward with greater clarity and support.
