Great to meet you!

I am an ethically and ethnically driven psychotherapist in Florida. With a degree in Philosophy and Religion from Roberts Wesleyan College, NY and CACREP accredited Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have over 5000 hours of direct psychotherapy experience with clinical expertise spanning the spectrum of individual psychotherapy for mental health disorders to everyday life challenges through individual, couples, and family therapy.

My approach to therapy

My work is based on an infusion of the totality of human life and the clinical skills that have yielded high success with my clients. I utilize an evidence based Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior (DBT) therapeutic approach. My clients receive non-biased and non-discriminatory psychotherapy that promotes growth.

What you can expect from me

The structure of therapy sessions are a combination of client-led and goal focused. Meaning the session time can be utilized for talking and addressing everyday life challenges with a mix of structured assignments and intervention that is focused on the goals for therapy.
