Great to meet you!

Most people I work with have spent years feeling like they just need to try harder, without anyone ever stopping to understand why things feel so much more difficult than they should. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, grief, and the weight of stress that builds when life keeps asking more than feels manageable. I also work with families, including parents who want to better understand their child and find a stronger footing together.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is focused on helping you understand how your mind actually works, and building from that understanding rather than pushing against it. For younger clients, that often means helping families find a new rhythm and a deeper connection with each other. For adults, it can mean finally making sense of patterns that have been confusing or exhausting for a long time. I work across a wide range of challenges including trauma, grief, chronic illness, end of life, and substance use. The common thread is helping people find approaches that actually fit who they are, not who they feel they are supposed to be.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I want to understand what you are carrying and what you are hoping to feel or experience differently. From there we figure out together what this work might look like and whether we are a good fit. If this sounds like what you have been looking for, I would be glad to connect.
