Great to meet you!
With nearly 28 years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, I bring a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate interpersonal relationship challenges and a range of mental health concerns. For the past 11 years, I have been practicing privately, offering a collaborative and supportive space to address depression, anxiety, and other psychosocial stressors that impact daily life and well-being.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Solution-Focused Therapy to create practical, goal-oriented strategies that are tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work with you to identify patterns, develop coping skills, and foster lasting change in a compassionate environment.
Education and credentials:
Master’s Degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany (SUNY Albany)
Graduated with High Honors from the Advanced Master’s Program, 1998
If you’re seeking a thoughtful, evidence-based therapist who prioritizes actionable steps and measurable progress, I’m here to help you move toward healthier relationships and improved mental health. I welcome the opportunity to discuss your goals and how we can work together to achieve them.
