Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and nationally certified therapist with advanced training in trauma-informed care and ADHD treatment. I enjoy working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as CBT and EMDR. I tailor each session to your unique needs, integrating tools like inner child work, mindfulness, DBT skills, and psychoeducation when helpful. I aim to support you in building practical skills, gaining insight, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and genuine respect for each person’s unique story. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to listen carefully and understand what matters most to you. Together, we work to make sense of your challenges and develop practical, supportive ways to cope and heal. I use a trauma-informed and compassionate approach to help you move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow and move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. We will talk about what brings you to therapy and begin to understand the factors that have contributed to your current challenges. This includes gently looking at past experiences, current stressors, and patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. You are welcome to share at your own pace, and there is no pressure to cover everything at once. By the end of the session, we will begin to clarify how I can best support you and outline a path forward together.
