Great to meet you!

What’s important to know about me is that I bring a real, attentive, and compassionate presence to therapy. I value building trust and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I am collaborative and curious, and I pay close attention to what helps you feel supported and at ease. We work together at a pace that feels respectful of where you are and what you need.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I focus on understanding what’s been shaping your experience and work with curiosity and compassion to create a space where you feel supported and understood. Together, we build on your strengths and move at a pace that feels safe and empowering. I'm certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting, approaches we can integrate if they feel supportive to your process. I also have extensive experience working with addiction and substance use.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about starting where you are. We’ll focus on what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and anything you’d like me to know. I move at a comfortable, supportive pace, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and more grounded as we begin working together. If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s okay, you can start right where you are, and I’ll meet you there.
