Judith Mondesir

My name is Judith Mondesir and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and Georgia. I received my Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University in Social Work and my Masters degree from Barry University in Clinical Social Work. My specialty is in working with individuals with depression and anxiety disorders. I have over 5 years experience working with individuals who seek guidance with anxiety, depression, communication, family conflicts, self-esteem and coping skills.

I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques and interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Goal Oriented, Strength Based and Solution-Focused approaches. I work towards creating an open, non-judgemental space for you to be comfortable sharing your thoughts, fears, hopes, and goals.

I have found throughout my career that we all share as many similarities as differences AND no matter what path we are on now, we all deserve to live a satisfying life. My goal is to create an environment where you, the client, feel you have a safe place to process your thoughts and emotions and learn to cope optimally.
