Great to meet you!

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering individual and couple counseling to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional eating, self-esteem, relationship issues and life transitions. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. For over 15 years, I have been a Certified Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach helping people foster a greater sense of well- being. I understand the importance of having a well-balanced life and apply this in my work with others.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I incorporate traditional talk therapy along with practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness and embodied practices. My approach is collaborative and individualized, tailored to your specific needs. I believe that, when we change our inner world, our outer world corresponds.

What you can expect from me

Using an eclectic approach, I will help you develop a non-judgmental acceptance of a situation and of yourself, enabling you to handle life stressors and intense feelings in a healthier manner. Together, we will work to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling and being your very best.
