Great to meet you!

I bring over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s unexpected challenges, relationship struggles, and periods of personal change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Addiction Counselor, I specialize in helping people navigate relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and substance use or co-occurring concerns. Having worked in schools, community agencies, and private practice, I understand how deeply interconnected our personal well-being, relationships, and environment really are. No matter what brought you here or where you are starting from, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, valued, and genuinely supported.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in your unique strengths and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I blend practical tools with deeper insights into relationship patterns and family systems to help you understand how past experiences influence your present. Together, we look at what is working well, identify what needs to change, and build practical strategies for healing and growth. Above all, we work as a team—aiming to help you regain balance, hope, and confidence at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting, so our initial meeting is designed to be gentle, conversational, and entirely stress-free. We will spend our time getting to know each other, talking through what brought you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to achieve. There is never any pressure to share more than you are ready to, and you are encouraged to ask any questions about how therapy works. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, relieved, and confident in a clear path forward together.
