Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent over 10 years caring for individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions in behavioral health, correctional health, and acute care settings.

I work collaboratively with my clients to understand their unique experiences and develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, education, and lifestyle recommendations. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your mental health journey.

I provide care for adolescents and adults experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, insomnia, and substance use disorders. Whether you are seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health care, I strive to create a welcoming space where healing and growth are possible.

I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and I am committed to helping you achieve emotional wellness, resilience, and a better quality of life. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based mental health care tailored to each individual's needs. I believe in building a trusting, collaborative relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. My focus includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care for adolescents and adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to help each client achieve lasting emotional wellness and an improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During your first appointment, we'll discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals. My priority is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan and discuss the best options to support your mental health and overall well-being.
