Great to meet you!

I spent the majority of my professional career linking people to the services they needed in the community. I would serve as an advocate, helping them navigate healthcare or other systems. I would often need to be a therapist when my clients were unable to reach their providers and needed someone to get them through an immediate struggle. Since transitioning to being a direct care provider, I have had the honor of helping clients transition through breakups, manage long-distance relationships, gain self-confidence, as well as open up to vulnerability. I am always humbled and honored to share the journey with my clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is informal, and I like to think I provide a safe space where you can feel free to be yourself when working with me. My training is in Adlerian theory, however, I do adapt my approach based on what your needs are to reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a partnership. The goals for therapy are your goals, and as you grow and change in therapy, the goals will also grow and change. Suppose you’re struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, looking for accountability to reach your goals, or support with finding yourself and gaining self-esteem. In that case, we can work together to create a plan that is attainable and meets your needs. You can expect clear communication in a nonjudgmental environment. Your time is valuable, and your voice deserves to be heard. I will be your biggest cheerleader, or I will sit with you in silence. Either way, I will honor you.
