Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW working in New York City for over 10 years, and I've had the opportunity to help people grappling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, psychosis, and major life transitions. I use a holistic therapy approach to help people address challenges in their relationships and/or behavior patterns.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Using a relational style grounded in using body/mind exploration, I will support you as the expert of your life experience, while helping you to gain insight into patterns that may inhibit your growth. I use a framework that considers the layers of identity, including race, gender, sexuality, citizenship, socioeconomic status, and neurodiversity. I will assist you in recognizing patterns that may be interfering with your ability to live life fully, and help you to find the best way forward.

What you can expect from our first session

Through the process of discussing your experiences in the present moment, you will have a non-judgemental space to explore, find relief from difficult feelings, and gain new perspectives on stuck habitual patterns. While talking will be are main way of exploring together, movement and art-making are also potential techniques we can use.
