I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I am a Certified Behavioral Health Counselor. I am also Certified in EMDR and Trauma. I an experienced in grief counseling and enjoy working with all ages from teens through seniors.

My approach to therapy

I like to meet clients where they are. We can go into history, as relevant, but I like to focus on the here and now, in a solution focused mode, as applicable to the client and the situation.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a warm, accepting atmosphere, so that the client feels safe sharing their story. My primary goal for the first session is to establish a rapport in which there is an easy and open conversation flow.
