Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience working in healthcare. I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating chronic health conditions, major life changes, grief, caregiving, and the emotional challenges that can come with ongoing medical care.

Living with a health challenge can affect so much more than your physical well-being. Stress, uncertainty, fatigue, and changes in your daily life can make it difficult to feel like yourself. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can process what you’re experiencing, feel understood, and find practical ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to understand your story, your strengths, and what matters most to you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

I incorporate person-centered care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand patterns that may be contributing to stress or feeling stuck. Together, we’ll identify practical strategies and meaningful goals that fit your life and help you feel more confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, talk openly about what brings you to therapy, and begin figuring out what kind of support would be most helpful. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before we meet.

We’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals, and start creating a plan together. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by a health challenge, adjusting to a major life transition, experiencing grief, or simply feeling stuck, you’ll have a supportive, nonjudgmental space to begin.
