Great to meet you!

I’ve been working in the health care setting for 20 years as Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My passion is to help clients navigate the complex health space, to support individuals and their families who face persistent health challenges. I understand the demands patients and caregivers face with long term treatment plans, feeling tired and overwhelmed, I am here to support patients to make sense of life disruptions. Stress can cause mental fatigue, indecisiveness, difficulty problem solving, and sudden mood changes. These are common reactions to life transitions as healthcare can be confusing, but together we can create a road map to navigate health scape.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to help explore thought patterns and behaviors that affect you. I am curious about what makes people unique, your background and individual story are honored here. My style is adaptive, I tailor every session to your specific situation, my practice combines the empathy of Person-centered care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together we will develop a plan of care too help you thrive towards a plan that aligns with your vision of wellness.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel big, and my goal is to make sure you find a safe place to navigate moments when you feel scared, overwhelmed, or uncertain about next steps. My aim is to collaborate with you to create meaningful steps to achieve your aspirations.
