Great to meet you!

I obtained my Bachelor of Psychology at Wheelock College. I received my Master’s in education at Cambridge College with a dual concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I am a current doctoral student at Antioch University’s Couple & Family Therapy program focusing on social justice.

I am a people therapist who uses humor and her authentic self to build rapport and work with individuals, families, and couples.

My approach to therapy

My interest lies in working with minorities to help build meaning and understanding around the connection between their experiences, emotions, and behavior while allowing time to develop better relationships with employers, family, and friends by exploring racial traumas, comorbidities, and many other intersections. My interests are expanding past EFT & Feminist Theory. I also enjoy working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma using CBT and SFT

What you can expect from me

The different parts of your world will be collaboratively reviewed to see what meanings you created, whether from systemic oppressions, gender norms, sexual trauma, racial trauma, etc., while exploring anxieties, depression, and other mental health disorders. Families, couples, and individuals will look at their relationships systematically.
