My clinical background includes working in outpatient behavioral health, integrated healthcare settings, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and community-based support services with both adults and adolescents.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress management, relationship challenges, substance use disorders, and emotional regulation difficulties.
