Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with extensive experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals facing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges. My clinical background includes working in outpatient behavioral health, integrated healthcare settings, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and community-based support services with both adults and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress management, relationship challenges, substance use disorders, and emotional regulation difficulties. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based therapy, and person-centered interventions to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be supportive, welcoming, and judgment-free. During the session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, personal history, and goals for treatment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
