Great to meet you!

I'm a doctorally prepared, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and I'm so glad you're here. Seeking support takes courage, and I don't take that lightly. I blend medication management and talk therapy in one place, with a full 90 minutes for our first session and a full hour for every follow-up, because you deserve to feel truly heard, never rushed. I've had the privilege of supporting children, adults, and older adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, addictions, behavioral concerns, cognitive disorders, including individuals living with multiple, complex mental health challenges, in settings ranging from rural clinics to inpatient psychiatric care. I bring all of that experience into each session with warmth and compassion.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk beside you as a trusted partner. I blend evidence-based medication management with thoughtful talk therapy, always shaping our work around your unique story, strengths, and goals. I take time to explain things clearly, the "why" behind each option, so you feel informed and in control, never rushed or pushed. Your cultural background, faith, and personal values are welcome here, and we'll move at a pace that feels safe and right for you. Whether we're finding the right medications for you, untangling difficult emotions, building practical coping skills, or working toward deeper healing, I'll meet you with compassion, honesty, and genuine curiosity every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first 90-minute session is a calm, unhurried space where you can share what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and any questions you have about therapy, medications, or the journey ahead. We’ll begin shaping a plan together that feels hopeful and doable, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction. There’s no pressure to cover everything at once, we’ll go at your pace, and trust will build naturally over time. In every session after that, you can expect me to listen deeply, offer gentle guidance, and help you strengthen the tools and self-trust you need to create the life you want.
