Great to meet you!

There are times when we need an open-minded, non-judgmental external support person who offers strength-based, empathetic, and solution-focused interventions. I provide support to survivors of traumatic experiences, individuals who have experienced a loss or separation from a loved one, as well as those suffering from depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I realize that no two people are the same, and as such, I tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths, and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights, and you may adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you. I’m here to provide you with the support and tools you need to continue to move closer to where you want to be, even when things feel challenging.
