Great to meet you!

I believe there is profound strength in feeling heard and validated. In a world that so often demands we mask our struggles or rush through hard seasons, I hope to offer a grounded space to slow down and be truly seen, without judgment. I’ve had the privilege of caring for people across community mental health clinics, university counseling centers, and integrated practices, and I work with individuals of all ages, from children and teens to adults. This range helps me bring a flexible, compassionate perspective to our work, and whatever brought you here, you’ve found a caring place to start.

My approach to therapy

I mainly take a psychodynamic, relational approach while weaving in cognitive behavioral practices as they’re needed. I believe the ways we relate to ourselves, others, and the world are deeply shaped by our upbringing, past experiences, and relationships. Together, we’ll gently unpack old patterns while finding practical ways to navigate the present, and I truly believe the therapeutic relationship itself can offer new, redemptive experiences that spark insight, understanding, and real growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed conversation to get to know each other and talk through what brought you in, the challenges you’re facing, and your history. You don’t need to have everything figured out, and we’ll move entirely at your pace. My hope is that you leave feeling heard and confident in the road ahead. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
