Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to a fulfilling, joy-filled life. Seeking help can be hard to do, so I'm glad you on taking this first step! I’ve been practicing for 30+ years and enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families who would like improve their relationships, reduce anxiety, process grief, or find more satisfaction in life.

My approach to therapy

You have a unique story and deserve an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll partner in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. I typically work with clients on a weekly basis, but we can talk about increasing your weekly appointments, if necessary.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will first briefly review your new client paperwork. Then, you have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope your therapy experience will do for you. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and processing your feelings and experiences. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make progress on your goals.
