Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist matters, and I understand that reaching out is often the hardest step. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for more than 20 years, working with adolescents, adults, and seniors across a wide range of life challenges. I am EMDR-certified and trained in a broad range of approaches because no two people are the same, and neither are their needs. I stay committed to ongoing training because therapy and people both continue to evolve. Past clients have appreciated my flexible, engaging, and non-judgmental style. My goal is to get to know you and work with you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on you as the expert in your own life. I offer a collaborative, strength-based space where we work at your pace, drawing on whatever fits best: processing trauma through EMDR, finding practical steps forward with solution-focused work, or exploring deeper patterns with Jungian or Gestalt methods. I am non judgmental and walk alongside you in your journey. Self-acceptance is central to my work, and sometimes we genuinely need another person in our corner to get there. I look forward to supporting you.

What you can expect from me

When we begin working together, we start by exploring what you want to address. I make suggestions, but you choose what we focus on. Together we will set goals and map a path forward, and I check in regularly to make sure we are moving in a direction that feels meaningful to you. Most people leave that first session feeling a little clearer about where we are headed and less alone with what they have been carrying.
