Great to meet you!

My specialties include trauma, relationships, supervision, and medical issues. I will help you be more conscious of your thoughts, emotions, and body and thus reach your potential.

My previous education in biology and neuropsychology has provided me with knowledge that is invaluable, especially during trauma work. Because I find both Eastern and Western psychological practices useful, I integrate many tools and therapies into the sessions and tailor treatment to each individual.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is Humanistic and I have specialized training in DBT, CBT, and EMDR therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for empowering healthy change. When you tell your story, I will do what I can to help you feel heard and understood. Clients often tell me that they feel supported as well as challenged in a nonjudgmental way. Together, we will be looking at patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I will encourage you to take risks and change those patterns. Profound changes can happen in a short period of time.
