Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor. I support children and adults through individual therapy and have been practicing for over 7 years. I have experience working in various settings from in-patient facilities to mental health and behavioral health agencies and also as a clinical supervisor. I am committed to supporting the client in achieving their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal as your therapist is to create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for my clients to feel comfortable to share whatever they need to bring to therapy. I use a holistic and strength-based approach with my clients to help them attain their goals. I support youth and individuals in living their most authentic lives and accomplishing their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide individual therapy to clients with mental and behavioral health challenges. My ideal client is the client who is willing to participate in exploring and addressing their individual needs and willing to identify the challenges they are facing in processing the stressors and transitions of daily life. I believe therapy can be life changing. Life is a journey and the client is the leader to the destination that may come with many detours and changes but consistency is the key.
