Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Early Intervention Specialist, and School Librarian with more than 20 years of experience working with young people in a variety of different settings, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space in which clients can feel truly seen and heard in their journey to becoming their best selves. Meaningful change requires collaboration, trust, and commitment from both of us. My role is not to tell you where to go, but to help you navigate challenges, build confidence in your own abilities, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a strengths-based, person-centered perspective. I bring a warm, open-minded, empowering approach to therapy and meet you where you are to work collaboratively toward your goals.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and talk openly about what brought your goals. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you need before we meet. I will listen to your story, ask thoughtful questions, and learn more about what you’re experiencing so we can identify where to begin and create a plan together.
