Welcome! My name is Judy Villarreal and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Creating a safe space for you to express yourself is of the highest importance to me and I do so by demonstrating genuine empathy and establishing trust.
I work with individuals, couples, and families in several areas including anxiety, coping skills, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, and trauma.
I am experience in working with all ages and utilize various individualized techniques that can include a Person-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy and EMDR.
The goal of therapy is to empower you to achieve your goals with the hope that you can live a more fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you and together we can overcome challenging paths by learning healthy coping skills.
