Great to meet you!

Something happened, or many things over time, and now you need someone who actually understands. I'm Julaine, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience working with trauma, religious abuse, bipolar disorder, and workplace stress. My career spans community mental health, private practice, and corporate wellness, which means I've seen the full picture of how life's hardest moments shape us. If

you're ready to feel less alone in this, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, which means we use what works for you. Some people

need concrete tools for managing overwhelming emotions; others need to go deeper into how past experiences are still running the show. I draw from EMDR and somatic work for trauma, cognitive and dialectical approaches for building practical skills, and narrative therapy for reshaping the stories we carry. What I won't do is hand you a one-size approach and hope it fits. We figure that out together, session by session, based on what's actually helping.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I'll want to know what brought you here, what

you've already tried, and what matters most to you going forward. We'll also cover how I work and answer any questions about the process. What I won't do is rush past the hard parts. By the end, my goal is that you leave feeling heard and clear on what we'll do next. That feeling of having a plan is where most clients start to breathe again.
