Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jules. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families.

I have extensive experience supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex trauma. I also work with individuals facing overlapping mental health challenges, including OCD and emerging personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

My practice focuses especially on teens and young adults (ages 12- 28), and I have deep experience supporting those exploring their identities—including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and bicultural identities. I know how overwhelming it can be to figure out who you are while facing pressure from multiple directions—family, culture, society—and I’m here to help make that process more manageable and affirming.

When I have permission from my clients, I also work closely with parents, helping them better understand their children’s mental health, identity development, and struggles with difficult or confusing behaviors or emotions. My goal is to bridge communication, build understanding, and create a path toward healing for the whole family.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're a young person trying to navigate a complicated world, or a parent looking for guidance, I bring warmth, clinical expertise, and a nonjudgmental space to explore, grow, and heal.
