Great to meet you!

I am an open-minded, sex-positive, LGBTQ-informed therapist. I work with clients as they navigate relationships; traditional, queer, polyamorous, and many other types. I work with clients at various stages of life but I am especially passionate about helping clients in the emerging adulthood stage as you find your identity apart from your upbringing. I have extra empathy for those dealing with chronic health conditions. I completed my master's degree at Alfred University. My undergraduate degree is in theatre. I am licensed in Massachusetts, though I reside in Arizona. All sessions are offered via Telehealth.

My approach to therapy

I guide clients through a process of questions that start with the current stressor and lead them back to underlying themes and causes. Curiosity guides the practice and clients lead the exploration toward insight into themselves, eventually reaching their own unique solutions. I integrate person-centered therapy with DBT and strengths perspective.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions will be devoted to gaining a full understanding of your background, experiences, and helping you add to your mental health management tool kit.
