Juli Sneider

I am an open-minded, sex-positive, LGBTQ-informed therapist. I work with clients as they navigate relationships; traditional, queer, polyamorous, and many other types. I work with clients at various stages of life but I am especially passionate about helping clients in the emerging adulthood stage as you find your identity apart from your upbringing. I have extra empathy for those dealing with chronic health conditions. I completed my master's degree at Alfred University. My undergraduate degree is in theatre. I am licensed in Massachusetts, though I reside in Arizona. I live in non-traditional housing and offer all sessions via Telehealth.

You are the person with the most context for your own unique challenges. I act as a guide, asking you questions that lead you back to your own inner wisdom. I may gently offer suggestions as solutions to try on and see if they fit. I may offer alternate perspectives to consider between sessions. I invite you to hold space for more than one truth, uncover what motivates you to make changes, and highlight your distinct gifts.

The first few sessions will be devoted to gaining a full understanding of your background, experiences, and helping you add to your mental health management tool kit.
