Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Julia and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. I obtained my Master's degree from Edinboro University of PA and I specialize in treating those with mood disorders and traumatic experiences. I aim to walk alongside you in your healing process not just as a clinician, but as a fellow human being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy only works when empathy and trust are the foundation. Within this framework, I generally use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, meaning that I will help you evaluate the way that you think and how this contributes to mental illness. I also use art therapy if you are comfortable doing so to help you express your emotions and gain new perspectives.

What you can expect from me

We will work together on goals that YOU set for yourself. I am happy to help you reach your potential through a relationship built on trust and empathy.
