Great to meet you!

I work with thoughtful, sensitive adults who feel stuck in cycles of ADHD overwhelm, self-criticism, or people-pleasing. My style is warm, genuine, and deeply attentive—I listen closely and remember the details, so you don’t have to keep explaining yourself.

Clients often tell me they feel truly seen in our sessions and appreciate the steady, supportive relationship we build together. Therapy with me is a place to quiet the inner critic, reconnect with your own needs, and develop more self-compassion and confidence.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I’ll listen carefully to what you’re saying (or trying to say, or maybe even NOT saying!) I’ll summarize what you’ve told me in a way that helps expand both your self-understanding and your emotional vocabulary, so you can better articulate your experience. We’ll organize your thoughts together, modify beliefs that aren’t accurate, and help you formulate your ideas more clearly, in order to communicate with your loved ones and get what you need.

What you can expect from me

After therapy, you’ll have a clearer understanding of yourself, your unique abilities and your desires. You'll also have better communication & better relationships.
