Great to meet you!

Telehealth appointments available.

You’ve been holding so much on your own — feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. I provide a calm, supportive space where we can gently work through what’s beneath the surface and help you feel like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping you understand the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll explore patterns shaped by past relationships and life experiences, and work through them at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I integrate attachment-based work, EMDR, and mind-body awareness to support meaningful, lasting change.

Above all, I offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you reconnect with your strength and sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle space to slow down and begin sharing what’s been on your mind — at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out. I’ll meet you with care and understanding as we begin to make sense of what you’re going through and take the first steps toward feeling more grounded and supported. Together, we’ll also talk about your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, so we can begin shaping a path forward that feels supportive and right for you.
