Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist (LCSW, CRAADC, CCDP-D) with over 20 years of experience helping clients get unstuck and reach their goals. I specialize in supporting individuals through difficult life transitions, depression, anxiety, and substance use. It is also my passion to help families safely navigate life when a loved one is struggling. Over the past two decades, it has been my honor to partner with many clients as they create real, positive changes in their lives. I tailor my approach using well-established, effective treatments such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, ACT, and CRAFT.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a trusting relationship where we work together to help you envision the life you want and help you make it a reality. My style is collaborative and encouraging, focusing on helping you uncover your own motivation, confidence, and lasting solutions. I also specialize in helping family members of individuals with substance use disorders protect their own well-being and build meaningful, values-driven lives while more effectively supporting their loved one.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about learning your story, understanding your values, and beginning to build a trusting partnership. I create a collaborative environment where you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will map out your primary goals for therapy and establish a clear, positive direction for your journey forward.
