Hello-I am happy you are here! I am a Licenced Marriage and Family Therapist with five years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges. I earned my Master's degree at Fairfield University and hold a certificate in EMDR.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique story to help with heal, grow and build more fufulling realtionships.
In our first session, we will take time to get to get to know each other and dicuss what brings you to therapy, as well as your goals and hopes for the process. I will ask questions to better understand your background and current challenges while creating a space that feels safe, supportive and free of judgement.
