Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Master's degree in Social Work from University of South Carolina. I work with individuals with a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, and grief/loss (including disenfranchised grief). I recently got certified in Perinatal Mental Health and help pregnant and postpartum parents with their newest life change.

My approach to therapy

I provide a judgement-free environment where we can work on your unique goals. I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone to make the growth you're looking for.

What you can expect from me

In the midst of life changes or relationship challenges, I offer a warm and welcoming space for you to explore your feelings, gain clarity, and build healthy relationships. Through evidence-based therapeutic techniques, we can work together to navigate challenges, cultivate self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for positive change.
