Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who takes a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to care. My background in health psychology, neuropsychology, and behavioral medicine informs the way I think about treatment and the whole person.

I have worked extensively with adults who are managing depression, trauma, anxiety, and the emotional impact of chronic medical conditions. I also help people work through health-related challenges such as sleep difficulties, smoking cessation, and adjusting to new or ongoing medical diagnoses.

My approach to therapy

Working with me, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative partnership focused on both relieving symptoms and supporting meaningful personal growth. I value transparency, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, and I work to tailor treatment to your goals, strengths, and lived experiences.

Our sessions will often include a balance of structure and reflection. We will work toward clear goals while also taking the time to explore patterns, emotions, and relationships that may be shaping your experiences.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach is integrative and person centered. I draw from both cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic perspectives, while tailoring treatment to each person’s needs and goals. In our work together, I often use evidence based strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and brief action planning, while also making space for reflection and deeper insight.

I believe it is important to understand the whole person, including the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape our experiences. By looking at these pieces together, we can work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable over time.
