Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Master Addiction Counselor with more than 20 years of experience, I believe therapy should meet you where you are while helping you reconnect with your strengths, goals, and hope for what comes next. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, ADHD, and coping with life changes. I also support clients with addiction, relationships and family conflict, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ concerns, parenting, anger, self-esteem, career challenges, men’s and women’s issues, and other experiences that can affect your sense of wellbeing.

Life can be challenging and often brings unexpected obstacles. My mission is to help you regain your footing and move forward when life takes an unexpected turn.

My approach to therapy

We’ll explore your current concerns alongside the experiences and patterns shaping how you cope. Together, we may address anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, relationships, grief, identity, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, attachment-based, trauma-focused, client-centered, and solution-focused therapy. Our work will be collaborative, compassionate, and centered on your needs so you can have the confidence to move forward.

What you can expect from me

As we work together, you’ll have space to process difficult experiences while also developing practical skills for managing emotions, relationships, stress, and everyday challenges. You can expect me to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you look beneath the surface so we can understand what may be keeping you stuck. My hope is that our sessions help you reconnect with what matters most to you.
