Great to meet you!

Matthew 5:13 – "You are the salt of the earth."

Becoming a counselor was an unexpected but profoundly fulfilling calling for me. As a naturally social and deeply curious individual, I am passionate about understanding people and helping them grow. My faith in Jesus, my family, and the ocean are cornerstones of my life. I draw strength and guidance from biblical truths, which anchor my personal and professional journey. I actively volunteer at my church, engaging with the youth group and playing guitar in the worship band. The ocean holds a special place in my heart—whether I'm scuba diving, surfing, boating, or simply enjoying the beach, it brings me peace and joy.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a wealth of experience in mental health services and family support. With a background in both clinical counseling and management, my expertise spans child therapy, trauma-focused parent-child psychotherapy, and behavioral health. I am dedicated to fostering healing and growth in my clients by being authentic and encouraging them to set meaningful goals. If you work with me, you'll often hear me challenge you to take steps outside your comfort zone—because growth happens when we confront what scares us.

What you can expect from me

In addition to my professional work, I have had the privilege of being a foster mom for over five years, opening my heart and home to children in need. I am a passionate advocate for parenting support, and fostering has been one of the most rewarding and meaningful experiences of my life. I believe every child deserves a loving and supportive environment, and I am honored to contribute to this cause. I am equally dedicated to supporting biological, foster, and adoptive parents at every stage of their journey. Parenting is an adventure, and I find joy in helping parents embrace the process and empower their children to thrive.
