Great to meet you!
For many professionals, therapists, veterans, and caregivers, life can become centered around meeting the needs of others—professionally, personally, or both. Over time, it can be easy to lose sight of your own needs, identity, and well-being. Therapy offers a space where the focus can finally return to you. A place to understand what you’ve carried, reconnect with yourself outside of the roles you fill for others, and intentionally create space for your own healing, growth, and sense of fulfillment. You’ve spent a great deal of time showing up for others; this can be a place to begin showing up for yourself.
Therapy provides a safe space and genuine connection for individuals to heal and grow, and in some cases, reconnecting with yourself. Life can feel overwhelming and carrying everything on your own can be exhausting. Finding a place where you can be vulnerable, share your story and be yourself isn't easy. My hope is to provide a space where you feel safe, accepted and genuinely heard- a relationship built on connection, compassion and belonging. Together, we will create an environment where you can explore life's challenges, discover your strengths and move toward healing. Moving you forward, by providing support every step of the way.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience working with adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges and life transitions.
