Great to meet you!

Life is full of uncertainty and challenges that may feel beyond our control. Suffering with these feelings can prevent us from living a well-balanced life. You don’t have to do this alone. We will help make this healing process easier, by creating a safe and comfortable environment, for you to be your authentic self. Together, we can explore the root of your discomfort through guided self-exploration to develop strategies that will help you live a life that feels more meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients where they feel valued and heard. I strive to empower others to achieve emotional resilience by utilizing various techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and DBT that help my clients heal and gain a better understanding of themselves.

What you can expect from me

I focus on helping adult and teen clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, and depression manage symptoms, heal, and develop healthy coping skills. I also specialize in supporting clients, diagnosed with Autism, manage life stressors, adapt to change, improve social and emotional regulation skills, as well as other areas to living a more fulfilling life.
