Great to meet you!

Julia, a holder of hope and agent of change, has a passion for supporting women in pursuing wellness through life’s ups and downs and all the emotions that come with that. Julia supports women, couples, and families by creating a space where you can exhale, speak honestly, and begin to process what you have been carrying.

If your faith is an important part of your life, it can be thoughtfully integrated into your care, always at your comfort level.

Julia is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who is Perinatal-Mental Health Certified (PMH-C). She graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Scranton.

My approach to therapy

Julia uses a collaborative, strengths based approach, helping clients gently explore the deeper “root” issues that may be keeping them stuck, so they can move forward with greater clarity and resilience. Together we will work to help create a life where you are not just surviving but rather thriving!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect that we will work together to figure out what your goals are for finding a life that is worth living. We will work together to identify your emotions and the impact they have on you. Additionally, we can look at areas of strength and help manage those areas that don't feel so strong.
