Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy when you are carrying stress, pain, uncertainty, or patterns that leave you feeling stuck and alone. My goal is not to tell you that I have all the answers, but to walk alongside you with compassion, honesty, and support as we work through the challenges that matter most to you. I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, connection, and feeling genuinely cared for. My own experiences with counseling have reinforced the importance of self awareness, healing, and support, and those experiences continue to shape the empathy and care I bring into my work with clients.

.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful therapy begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and safety. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being honest about your experiences, emotions, and goals. Together, we work to better understand what may be keeping you stuck while building hope, insight, and practical ways to move forward. My hope is that through our work together, you begin to feel less alone, more understood, and more confident in your ability to create meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for the work ahead. We’ll talk about your background, current challenges, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace while we begin identifying what healing, growth, and progress may look like for you.
