Great to meet you!

Now accepting new clients! You can be capable and still feel overwhelmed. Connected and still feel alone. Successful and still quietly unsure of yourself. Many people I work with function well on the outside and internally feel anxious, overextended, or less fulfilled than they expected. You may ruminate over decisions, overanalyze situations, or carry constant pressure to “get it right.” Perhaps you’re navigating relationship stress, life transitions, or a sense that you’re going through the motions.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I’ll help you notice what you might be missing, ask thoughtful questions, and support in moving toward new ways of thinking and responding. In our work together, you’ll be both supported and challenged in meaningful ways.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be transformational for feeling happier and like yourself again. We will think outside of the box, create practical goals, and work on healing old wounds. I’ll help you understand patterns that have developed that aren’t serving you, and how to shift them in your day-to-day life.
