Great to meet you!

Now accepting new clients! Many people I work with feel anxious, overwhelmed, or less fulfilled than they expected while living full, successful, and connected lives. You can be capable and still feel overwhelmed. Connected and still feel alone. Successful and still quietly unsure of yourself. You may ruminate over decisions, overanalyze situations, or feel constant pressure to “get it right.” Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, or just haven’t been feeling like yourself.

My approach to therapy

As an inpatient clinician with Mass General Brigham, I have experience working with people facing a variety of complex mental health challenges. I draw from modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). My style is warm, collaborative, and direct.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, you can feel more calm, present, and self-assured by building on the strengths you already have. Therapy should feel human, with someone who gets it. I will meet you with empathy and work with you towards meaningful change.
