Great to meet you!

I provide collaborative therapy to older teens and adults, helping them gain self-awareness and learn tools to increase emotional regulation and sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma treatment. Trauma can present as unresolved emotional injuries from childhood, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors. I also practice EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Some amount of history gathering including current symptoms and initial curiosity about where these symptoms may have originated developmentally. Assessment of current coping skills and suggestion of additional grounding tools. Allowing a welcoming, supportive space where there's safety and ease.
