Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in New Jersey and New York. I support individuals coping with anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and relationship stressors. I am a warm, active listener. I will help you to slow down and gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can piece together what is and is not working for you and identify practical solutions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and collaborative, combining practical tools with delving deeper into early life experiences, attachment, and family dynamics. I draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's experience and preferences. Sessions generally help to grow awareness and to notice links between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to shift those patterns and build coping skills that feel genuine and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly listened to and understood. The first session is about getting to know you, your story, and your goals. We can begin to connect the dots together, deepen your self-understanding, and gain clarity.
